Care Instructions
Gentle Hand Wash: Fill a basin with lukewarm water and a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Gently agitate the water to create suds. Immerse the shawl and gently swish it around. Avoid scrubbing or wringing to prevent damage to the delicate fabric.
Air Dry Flat: After washing, carefully remove excess water by gently pressing the shawl between clean, dry towels. Lay the shawl flat on a clean, dry surface to air dry. Avoid hanging the shawl, as this can cause stretching.
Iron on Low Heat: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and place a clean, dry cloth between the iron and the shawl to prevent direct contact. Avoid using steam, as excessive moisture can damage the delicate fabric.
Store Carefully: When not in use, fold the shawl neatly and store it in a dry, clean place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and discolouration.
Avoid Snags: Be cautious of sharp objects or jewelry that may catch on the delicate fabric and cause snags or tears. Handle the shawl with care to maintain its integrity.
Spot Clean: For minor stains or spills, gently spot clean the affected area with a mild detergent and water. Blot the stain rather than rubbing to prevent spreading.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep the shawl away from harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, and strong detergents, as they can damage the delicate fabric.

Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it defects or wrong product(s) has been delivered. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
