Keep away from water: Avoid contact with moisture, perfumes, and makeup to preserve the beads and fabric. Not suitable for washing.
Spot clean only: Use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean any spots. Do not soak, rub harshly, or machine wash.
Store properly: Keep in a dust bag or soft cloth pouch. Store flat or stuffed with tissue paper to maintain shape.
Avoid overloading: Beaded bags are decorative and best suited for light essentials. Overfilling can damage the beadwork or seams.
Exchanges & Returns
Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Similarly, Fragrances, Cosmetics and Intimate apparel cannot be exchanged. The Exchange validity period for the online exchange is 7 days .
Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it defects or wrong product(s) has been delivered.
