The Beauty of Handmade

These are not defects—they are the beautiful signatures of handmade craftsmanship that make every piece unique.

The Ajrak Process:

Ajrak is created through a traditional, labour-intensive process of washing, resist printing, hand block printing and dyeing. Artisans use hand-carved wooden blocks to layer intricate motifs and colours onto the fabric. Each piece passes through multiple stages of printing, dyeing and washing, making every Ajrak beautifully unique.
